Submit Digital Cases

iTero

Option 1 (Online):

  1. Visit https://itero.com/lab-locator
  2. Search: Watersedge Dental Laboratory
  3. Click “Connect lab with my account”
  4. Enter your Office ID and info

  5. Use our Lab ID: 874449

Option 2 (Phone):

  • Call iTero support: 1-800-577-8767 and ask to connect with Lab ID 874449

TRIOS (3Shape)

  1. Open 3Shape Communicate
  2. Go to Settings → Connections → Labs
  3. Click Add
  4. Enter: cadcam@watersedgedentallab.com
  5. Click Search → Connect
  6. Wait for us to approve

Medit

  1. Go to: https://www.meditlink.com/home
  2. Log in → Click Partners
  3. Search:
    1. Name: Watersedge Dental Laboratory
    2. Email: cadcam@watersedgedentallab.com
    3. Postal Code: K2C 2B5
  4. Click Request Partnership
  5. After approval, send cases through Medit Link

Heron (3Disc)

  1. Log in to 3Disc Cloud
  2. Click Connections → Create New Connection
  3. Select “With Your Lab”
  4. Enter:
    1. Email: cadcam@watersedgedentallab.com (You can add an alias or message if you’d like — optional)
  5. Click Create
  6. We’ll approve your request

DS Core

  1. Log in to DS Core
  2. Click your profile → Select Practice
  3. Go to Preferred Lab → Add Lab
  4. Search: Watersedge Dental Lab
  5. Click Add
